EARI Appoints Jonathan Eubanks CEO

ATLANTA -- Atlanta, GA-based, Entertainment Arts Research, Inc. (EARI) is pleased to announce the most recent change in the company's executive management structure; Jonathan E. Eubanks, current company President, has replaced Joseph Saulter as EARI's new Chief Executive Officer. The move was proposed by the two partners and agreed upon by its board, in order to accommodate and adequately meet the challenges annexed to the modifications to the company's overall business strategy. Joseph Saulter, now President and Chairman of the Board, will focus on the educational components of EARI's revised strategy, while Jonathan Eubanks will manage the company, which has placed a heavy emphasis on digital media entertainment. These changes in management structure will allow Jonathan and Joseph to focus on the aspects of the business most suited to their respective backgrounds and range of expertise.

EARI's original strategy, while very well thought out, did not include nearly as many revenue streams as the modified strategy now articulates. A significant benefit to the modified strategy, aside from the additional revenue streams that it creates, is that the company is able to execute with minor overhead increases while increasing potential profit margins. Another core benefit to the new plan is that the company now expects to begin generating revenue sooner and through several of the newly planned product releases, the first of which will launch in the 4th quarter of this year, 2010.

EARI's new strategy includes the development of several high quality video games based on new and existing intellectual properties for Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Wii, and PC platforms, the Universe of Faith, an all digital, multimedia platform that is designed specifically for the super-niche, faith-based community as a one-stop shop for social networking/virtual world gaming, digital book publishing and distribution, and the launch of its own music label, Universe of Faith Music Publishing and Distribution.
