EARI develops and publishes interactive experiences based on wholly-owned intellectual properties. Our products include advertising supported websites, subscription and advertising-supported virtual worlds, online games and console games.
We are not just another gaming company. We create new markets for interactive media by breaking the boundaries that separate media, people, cultures and communities. Our work provides authentic, entertaining experiences and content for markets larger publishers simply ignore, including: faith communities, ethnic communities, and niche lifestyles and passions.
We think our business model is a unique, effective way to create new markets in the otherwise mature gaming and interactive media industry. By targeting under served markets with innovative, cutting-edge experiences we reach entirely new audiences with significant revenue-generating potential.
In addition, each experience we create is designed for multiple media channels. Since we retain all rights to our properties, our successes on one platform can translate into multiple revenue streams as we implement them across console games, the internet, traditional print and broadcast media--even feature-length films.
The capital markets seem to agree with our vision. Our initial offering raised 2.5 million in operating capital for development and our share price (EARI) continues to perform well.
For the foreseeable future, we anticipate all revenue will be re-invested in development and operating costs as we move through start up. Any investments made in EARI are speculative and investors should not interpret anything stated or implied here as a guarantee of future returns.
